
In a large bowl, add the ground beef, one egg, the breadcrumbs, the grated Parmesan cheese and parsley to taste.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the onion powder, the garlic powder and mix everything thoroughly to combine.
Then transfer this meat to a cutting board lined with plastic wrap and spread it evenly.
For the filling, add the slices of mozzarella cheese and the slices of cooked ham.
Roll it into a cylindrical shape and secure it tightly with the plastic wrap.
Place it in the freezer and let it chill for at least 1 hour.
After this time has passed, cut the meat into 1-finger-thick slices.
Transfer these slices to an Air Fryer basket, place it in the fryer and brush olive oil to taste over each slice.
Set it to 180° C (350° F) and let everything fry for 15 minutes.
Serve.
