
Cake Sauce
Start by freezing the bananas. To do this, place them on a plate, then place them in the freezer and let them sit for at least 2 hours.
After this time has passed, peel the bananas, cut them in half and in half once again.
Transfer them to a mixer and blend them very well until combined.
In a large bowl, add the eggs, the sugar and mix until dissolved.
Add the vegetable oil, the water, the banana base we prepared earlier, the wheat flour and mix everything very well until combined.
Finally, add the baking powder and mix once more to incorporate.
Then transfer this mixture to a baking pan greased with butter and dusted with wheat flour.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180 ° C (350 ° F) and let it bake for 40 minutes.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat add the sweetened condensed milk, the butter, the milk chocolate and stir everything very well until the mixture is combined and starts to pull away from the bottom of the skillet.
Add the heavy cream and stir once more to incorporate.
Once the cake has baked, finish by pouring the sauce we prepared all over it.
Serve.
