
Start by placing the puff pastry with the bananas sliced into rounds in a cupcake pan and divide into 6 equal parts
Then, using a small glass, make a hole in the center of each part and set aside.
In a medium bowl, add the heavy cream, the eggs and whisk everything very well until combined.
Add the sugar, the condensed milk, the vanilla extract and mix again.
Then add the strawberries cut into smaller pieces and mix once again to incorporate.
Pour this cream into the pan with the pastry we prepared and brush an egg yolk over everything.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
Once the buns have baked, finish with powdered sugar to taste.
Serve.
