Start by adding a drizzle of vegetable oil to a large skillet and spread it around using a pastry brush.
Add the round-shaped piece of fresh bread dough, spread it evenly across the skillet and set aside.
Now cut the hot dog sausages in half and around them, place 2 wooden skewers or 2 chopsticks.
Then slice the hot dogs into thin strips.
After that, place these hot dogs onto the dough we prepared, forming a circle.
Now, in the center of this circle, add the egg yolks.
To season, add a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper and parsley to taste.
Add another round-shaped piece of dough on top, closing everything tightly.
Press the edges of the dough using a fork, make small cuts along the edges, bring the tips of these cuts together and press them to form pointy tips.
Finally, brush melted unsalted butter over everything and add sesame seeds to taste.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 35 minutes.
Serve.
