
Start by placing the ground beef into a pot with boiling water.
Next, remove it from the water, transfer it to the work surface and flatten it.
Add the eggs, the butter, the red bell pepper cut into small cubes, the onion cut into small cubes, the grated carrot, the garlic cloves cut into small cubes, the grated potato, the grated mozzarella cheese, the grated cheddar cheese and parsley to taste.
Season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the sweet paprika and mix everything very well until combined.
Then spread it out on the work surface and using a cream cheese container, divide it into 6 equal portions.
Transfer them to a large baking tray lined with parchment paper and make indentations using a spoon.
Place in a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 30 minutes.
After this time has passed, brush barbecue sauce to taste over everything.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Serve.
