Peel the potatoes and cut them into wedges.
Finely chop some chives to taste.
Into a saucepan add all the potato wedges and enough water to cover all of them, let them cook for 20 minutes.
After this indicated time, drain all the water and transfer the potatoes to a bowl.
Thoroughly mash them until smooth.
Add the wheat flour, the baking powder, the chopped chives, the salt, the egg and the milk, mix all the ingredients until combined.
After that, get some of this mixture and place it in a sandwich maker, spreading it out.
Top the mixture with 1 slice of mozzarella cheese, 1 slice of ham, another slice of mozzarella cheese, and cover all of it with the potato mixture.
Repeat the same process on the other side of the sandwich maker.
Close the sandwich maker and let it all fry for 7 minutes.
Serve.
