Cut the onion into thin strips.
Now, into a skillet, add a drizzle of olive oil, the dried bay leaves, the cloves, the black peppercorns and the whole garlic cloves, stir well.
Add the onion strips and stir until slightly golden brown.
Add the rock salt and stir.
Mash the garlic cloves with a fork and keep stirring.
Add the chicken drumsticks and let them fry for 3 minutes.
After this indicated time, flip the drumsticks and let them fry for another 3 minutes.
Add the peeled tomatoes, the curry powder, the rock salt, the sweet paprika and the water, stir well until the spices incorporate into the sauce and into the chicken.
Cover the skillet and let it all cook for 35 minutes.
After this indicated time, top with parsley to taste.
Serve.
