For Coating
Start by placing the American green chili peppers into a pot filled with boiling water and let them cook for 30 seconds.
Then remove them from the water and let them cool.
Next, remove the peppers, make a cut at the tip and along the middle and remove all the seeds and inner membranes.
In a large bowl, add the cooked potatoes and using a masher, mash well until it reaches a puree consistency.
Add the onion diced into small cubes, parsley to taste, the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the garlic powder, a drizzle of olive oil and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Then, using a teaspoon, stuff all the peppers we prepared with this mixture.
In a medium bowl, add the wheat flour.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika and the turmeric.
Add the water and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Then coat the stuffed peppers in this mixture.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom and let it heat up.
Add the coated peppers and fry them until golden brown.
Serve.
