Skillet Pasta Bake

In a saucepan filled with boiling water, add the salt, the olive oil and the pasta, let it all cook for 10 minutes.After this indicated time, drain all the water and set the pasta aside.Grate the mozzarella cheese and set aside.In a bowl, add the eggs, the salt and the black pepper, mix well.Add all the cooked pasta, half of the grated cheese, mix well.In a skillet, add 1 drizzle of olive oil, half of the pasta, add the slices of cheddar cheese, pour in the rest of the pasta.Cover the skillet and let it all cook for 10 minutes.After this indicated time, open the lid, cover the skillet with non-stick baking paper and using a plate, flip all the pasta, put it back in the skillet, leaving the paper at the bottom.Top it with the rest of the mozzarella cheese, cover the skillet again and let it all cook for another 10 minutes.Serve.

Ingredientes

  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt 
  • 1 Drizzle of Olive Oil 
  • 350g of Rigatoni Pasta
  • 100g of Mozzarella Cheese 
  • 4 Slices of Cheddar Cheese 

Egg Mixture 

  • 4 Eggs
  • ½ Teaspoon of Salt 
  • 1 Generous Pinch of Black Pepper

Grate the mozzarella cheese and set aside. 

In a bowl, add the eggs, the salt and the black pepper, mix well. 

Add all the cooked pasta, half of the grated cheese, mix well. 

In a skillet, add 1 drizzle of olive oil, half of the pasta, add the slices of cheddar cheese, pour in the rest of the pasta. 

Cover the skillet and let it all cook for 10 minutes. 

After this indicated time, open the lid, cover the skillet with non-stick baking paper and using a plate, flip all the pasta, put it back in the skillet, leaving the paper at the bottom. 

Top it with the rest of the mozzarella cheese, cover the skillet again and let it all cook for another 10 minutes. 

Serve.
