Start by placing the salmon fillet in a grater with the butter.

Then, add the lemon cut into slices and the salmon we fried earlier.
Cover the skillet and let everything cook for 10 minutes.
In a large pot over medium heat, add the water and bring it to a boil.
Add the salt, the linguine pasta and let it cook for 7 minutes.
After this time has passed, drain all the water from the pasta.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the butter and stir until completely melted.
Add the pasta we cooked and sauté.
Next, add the grated Parmesan cheese, 150ml of water from the pasta cooking process and stir everything very well until combined.
