
Salad
Start by pouring the tequila over the salmon fillets.
Add the orange juice, parsley to taste, the olive oil, the salt, the black pepper, the granulated garlic, the onion powder and mix everything very well to combine.
Cover the baking dish and let everything marinate for 30 minutes.
After this time has passed, transfer the salmon to a baking tray.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 20 minutes.
Next, cut the onion into small cubes, the mango and the avocado into cubes.
In a medium bowl, add the mango, the avocado, the onion, parsley to taste and the juice of one lime.
Season with the salt, the black pepper and mix everything very well to combine.
After the fish is baked, use tongs to take it out and place it on a wheat tortilla.
Then add the salad and finish with mayonnaise to taste.
Serve.
