Puff Pastry with Strawberries and Chocolate

Start by cutting the strawberries into thin strips and set aside.Next, cut the milk chocolate into smaller pieces and set aside.On a cutting board, add the strips of puff pastry.Then on each strip, add 3 teaspoons of cinnamon jam and spread it.After doing that, add the strawberries cut into strips and the pieces of chocolate we cut earlier, alternating them.Then fold the pieces of pastry by bringing one end to the middle and the other end over the top, closing the pastry.Next, transfer them to a large non-stick baking tray and with the help of a knife, make shallow cuts on top of each piece of pastry.In a small bowl, add the egg yolk, the heavy cream and mix everything very well until combined.Brush this mixture over each piece of pastry with a pastry brush.Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 30 minutes.To finish, sprinkle powdered sugar to taste.Serve.

  • 9 Teaspoons of Cinnamon Jam 
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 1 Tablespoon of Heavy Cream
  • Powdered Sugar to Taste

Then fold the pieces of pastry by bringing one end to the middle and the other end over the top, closing the pastry.
