
Start by spreading the egg yolks over the puff pastry.
Add the grated Parmesan cheese over everything then cut half of the pastry into strips about 2 fingers wide.
Next, using 2 forks, shape the strips.
Then add the cream cheese to the other half of the pastry and spread it evenly.
Over the cream cheese, add the crushed hard-boiled eggs.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Add the grated cooked ham, the grated mozzarella cheese and parsley to taste.
Close the pastry, cover it with the strips and roll it up shaping it into a ring.
Transfer it to a large baking tray and brush one beaten egg all over it.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 30 minutes.
Serve.
