Start by placing the beef steaks in a 20cm baking pan.
Add the Coca-Cola, the orange juice, the onion cut into strips and the thinly sliced garlic cloves.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika and the dried rosemary.
Cover the baking pan with aluminum foil.
Place in a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake for 35 minutes.
Then, cut the potatoes into thin strips and transfer everything to a medium bowl.
Add enough ice-cold water to cover everything, rinse well and drain all the water.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the vegetable oil and let it heat up.
Add the potatoes we prepared and fry them until golden brown.
Remove them from the skillet and drain the excess grease on a plate lined with paper towels.
Season with the salt, the black pepper and mix.
After the beef has finished baking, remove all the steaks from the baking pan.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the butter and stir until melted.
Add the steaks and fry them until golden brown.
Serve.
