Add the diced potatoes and sauté until lightly browned.
Then add the diced sausage and sauté for another 5 minutes.
Add the tomato sauce, salt, black pepper, sweet paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, chimichurri, water, and mix.
Cover the skillet and cook for 5 minutes.
To assemble the bread, add the prepared mixture in the center, along with mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lettuce, and chili jam.
