Stuffed Pepper Bread

Start by coating the bread in the chili sauce. Next, add the bread to a large skillet over medium-low heat with hot vegetable oil and fry until golden brown. In a large skillet, over medium-low heat, add a drizzle of vegetable oil. Add the diced potatoes and sauté until lightly browned. Then add the diced sausage and sauté for another 5 minutes. Add the tomato sauce, salt, black pepper, sweet paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, chimichurri, water, and mix. Cover the skillet and cook for 5 minutes. To assemble the bread, add the prepared mixture in the center, along with mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lettuce, and chili jam. Enjoy!

  • 200g Calabrese Sausage
  • 150g Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Black Pepper

  • Lettuce to Taste
  • 2 Tablespoons Hot Pepper Jelly
