Potato Seasoning
Start by slicing the beef into 4 equal-sized steaks.
Season each steak with rock salt or regular salt, black pepper, chimichurri and sweet paprika, rub these spices spreading them very well and repeat this process on the other side of the steak.
Transfer all steaks to a large glass baking dish.
Slice the onions into thin strips and place them on top of the meat.
Add the soy sauce and the oil and spread these spices very well so that the seasoning is well-absorbed into the onions and the meat.
After that, cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and let meat marinate in the fridge for about 1 hour.
Meanwhile, into a bowl, add the wheat flour, oregano, sweet paprika, salt and water, and mix it all well.
Slice the potatoes, pre-cooked in water for 5 minutes, into larger pieces. Pour the seasoning mixture we’ve made and, using your hands, mix it all very well so that the seasoning is absorbed into the potatoes.
Put the potatoes in an air fryer for 25 minutes at 200°C (392°F) or, if you prefer, fry them in the hot oil instead.
After the meat has marinated, remove the plastic wrap, and cover the baking dish with some aluminum foil.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 40 minutes. Cooking time may vary depending on the power of your oven.
