
Start by pouring hot water into the plastic bags, each containing 500g of ground beef.
Next, in each one, add one whole egg, one medium grated potato, parsley to taste and 100g of grated mozzarella.
Season with the salt, the black and the sweet paprika.
In one of the bags add the red bell pepper cut into small cubes, in another bag, add the grated carrot, in the third bag, add the grated zucchini and in the fourth bag, add the fried bacon.
Finally, mix all of them very well until fully combined.
Then, spread the mixture evenly inside each bag shaping them in a rectangle and divide them into 8 equal portions
Take them to the freezer and let them chill for at least 1 hour.
After this time has passed, cut the meat along the sections we made and remove the bag.
Transfer to a large baking tray lined with non-stick parchment paper.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 30 minutes.
To finish, add barbecue sauce to taste over everything.
Serve.
