
Start by grating the frozen chicken breast and set aside.
Next, grate the zucchini and the peeled potato using the coarse side of the grater.
In a large bowl, add the chicken we grated, the zucchini, the potato, the red onion chopped into small cubes, the processed cheese and the egg.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the chimichurri, the garlic powder and mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
In a large skillet over low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the mixture we prepared and spread it evenly.
Cover the skillet and let it cook for 10 minutes.
After this time has passed, flip it using a plate and add the grated mozzarella cheese.
Cover the skillet again and let it cook for another 10 minutes.
Serve.
