In a large slow cooker, add the sliced bread.
Add the mixed berries, spread them out and place some between the bread slices.
Next, in a large jar, add the eggs, the ground cinnamon, the vanilla extract, the brown sugar, the honey, the milk and whisk everything together thoroughly for 2 to 3 minutes or until the ingredients are fully combined.
If you prefer, you can use a blender to do this process.
Pour this mixture into the cooker, drizzling it over the bread slices.
Cover the cooker and let it all cook on low power for 1 hour.
After this time has passed, mix everything very well until combined.
To finish, drizzle strawberry syrup to taste all over everything.
