Fried Beans

In a saucepan, add the oil and let it heat up well, add the previously cooked beans and fry them until crispy.Transfer these beans to a bowl lined with some paper towel and set aside.In a skillet, add the unsalted butter and stir until melted, add the onion chopped into small cubes, the crushed garlic cloves and sauté until golden brown.Transfer everything to a large bowl, add the fried beans and stir well until incorporated.Add the salt, the turmeric, the curry, the oregano, mix everything well again.Serve.

Ingredientes

  • 1 Liter of Oil
  • 2 Cups of Cooked Beans (240ml Cup)
  • 1 Tablespoon of Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 3 Crushed Garlic Cloves
  • ½ Teaspoon of Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon of Turmeric
  • ½ Teaspoon of Curry
  • ½ Teaspoon of Oregano
