Different Chicken Wings

Start by cutting the tips off the chicken wings.Transfer all the chicken wings to an oven bag and set aside.Now, in a bowl, add the salt, the garlic powder, the black pepper, the ginger powder and the baking powder, mix all the ingredients very well.Transfer all these spices to the oven bag filled with the chicken wings and mix well.Pour in the beaten egg, mix again and let the wings soak for 30 minutes.Meanwhile, in a food processor, add the sweet red pepper chopped into strips, the tomatoes, the parsley to taste and the garlic cloves, process all the ingredients very well.Now, in a skillet, add one drizzle of olive oil, pour in all the mixture we processed, add one pinch of salt and one pinch of black pepper, stir for 2 minutes.Next, in the bag filled with the wings, once they have soaked for the indicated time, add the wheat flour and the cornstarch, mix very well again until incorporated into the chicken.Next, in a skillet add enough oil to cover its bottom and fry the chicken wings in hot oil until both sides are golden brown.After that, remove the wings from the hot oil and soak up the excess fat on a plate lined with paper towels.Serve with the sauce.
