Make diagonal slits in both directions on the surface of the chicken breasts and set them aside.
Into a bowl, add the table cream, the salt, the black pepper and the soy sauce, mix well, add the 3 crushed garlic cloves, mix gently then transfer the chicken breasts to this bowl and let them soak in the sauce for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the potatoes into round slices, spread them all over the bottom of the baking dish in which the recipe will be arranged, add salt to taste. After the chicken breasts have soaked for 20 minutes in the sauce, place them on top of the potatoes, drizzle the rest of the sauce all over the chicken breasts and cook it all in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 40 minutes.
Grate the mozzarella cheese and put it into a bowl, add the grated parmesan cheese and the egg, mix well until combined.
After the indicated 40 minutes, remove the chicken from the oven, spread the cheese-egg mixture over the cooked chicken breasts and take it all back to the oven for another 20 minutes.
