Start by putting the chicken breasts into the pickle jar.

Turn the skewers over and repeat the same seasoning on the other side.

In a mixer, add the mint leaves, the mayonnaise, the heavy cream, a drizzle of olive oil, the honey, a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and blend everything together very well until combined.
