
Start by placing one teaspoon of unsalted butter into a small glass jar with 100g of chicken breast cut into cubes placed inside a skillet over medium heat with boiling water.
Do this to 3 more small glass jars and let everything cook for 10 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove from the skillet and transfer everything to a plastic bottle with the top cut off.
Add the grated mozzarella cheese, parsley to taste, the mayonnaise and the wheat flour.
Season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the chimichurri and mix everything very well until fully combined. Cover the bottle with plastic wrap.
Place it in the freezer and let it chill for at least 1 hour. After this time has passed, cut it into finger-thick slices.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom and let it heat up.
Add the chicken we prepared and fry until golden brown.
Serve.
