Stuffed Chicken Rolls

Start by cutting the chicken breasts into cutlets, place them on a chopping board and cover them with plastic wrap. Next, use a kitchen mallet to pound out these cutlets.Season with salt and black pepper, spread it well, then pile your chicken cutlets and set them aside.Now cut the mozzarella cheese into strips. Make sure to cut 2 strips for each chicken cutlet.Then cut the slices of ham in half.Cut the tomato into strips and then cut them in half.Once you’ve done that, add two slices of cheese on each fillet, add a slice of ham and two pieces of tomato.Then roll up each of these fillets and secure its ends with 2 small toothpicks to prevent them from opening.Into a skillet, add a drizzle of olive oil and spread well, add the chicken roll-ups with the toothpicks facing down and fry them until seared. Flip and sear the other side as well.After that, remove the toothpicks from the chicken roll-ups and transfer them to a baking dish. Set aside.To make the sauce, grate two tomatoes and transfer them to a bowl, add salt, oregano and black pepper, mix very well.Pour the sauce into the baking dish, spreading it all over the chicken roll-ups. Also spread some shredded mozzarella all over it.Take the baking dish to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 35 minutes.Serve.

  • 150g of Mozzarella Cheese Block 
  • 150g of Sliced Ham
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Drizzle of Olive Oil

  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • Generous Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon of Oregano
  • 200g of Mozzarella Cheese
