Sauce
For Breading
Start by adding a strip of chicken breast to the container of sour cream.
Add the soy sauce, hot sauce to taste, the juice of half a lemon, the diced red onion and the dried parsley.
Season with the salt, the garlic powder, the onion powder, the sweet paprika and mix everything very well until you get a creamy marinade.
Set it aside and let the chicken marinate for 30 minutes.
Repeat this process with the remaining chicken breasts cut into strips.
Next, let’s prepare a sauce.
In a food processor, add the sprig of fresh mint, the juice of half a lemon, hot sauce to taste, the Dijon mustard, the mayonnaise, a pinch of black pepper, the garlic powder and blend everything very well.
Now, bread each chicken strip in cornflakes, pressing gently.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom and let it heat up.
Add the chicken strips and fry them until they are golden brown.
Serve with the sauce we prepared.
