For Breading
Start by adding the barbecue sauce to a large skillet, covering the entire bottom, and also add the chicken drumsticks.
Next, cover drumsticks with +700g of barbecue sauce.
Cover the skillet and let everything cook for 30 minutes.
Then remove them from the skillet and set them aside until cooled to room temperature.
In a large pot, add the potatoes sliced into cubes and enough water to cover them.
Turn the heat to high and let them cook for 15 minutes.
After this time has passed, drain all the water and transfer them to a medium bowl.
Next, mash them very well until they become a puree.
Now, shred all the chicken we cooked earlier and set the bones aside.
Season with the garlic powder, the onion powder, the black pepper and mix everything very well to combine.
Add the mashed potatoes, the shredded mozzarella cheese and mix until fully combined.
Now, take a handful of this mixture, one of the bones we set aside and mold the mixture around it into a drumstick shape.
Repeat this process with the entire mixture.
After that, bread each one by first coating in wheat flour, then dip in beaten eggs and finally coat in Panko breadcrumbs.
Place the breaded chicken drumsticks in a large skillet over medium heat with hot vegetable oil and fry them until golden brown.
Serve.
