Start by cutting the hotdog sausages into thin strips with a vegetable peeler.
After doing that, braid these sausage strips and set aside.
In a large bowl, add the wheat flour, the milk, the egg, the grated cheddar cheese and mix everything well until combined.
Season with the salt, the black pepper and mix.
Now, in an electric grill, add one ladle of the batter we prepared and spread it out.
Add the hotdogs and cover them with 1 more ladle of batter.
Close the grill and let everything toast until golden brown.
Finish with ketchup and mustard to taste.
Serve.
