Start by cutting the oranges in half and squeezing them all, we need approximately 1 liter of juice.
Then pour all this juice through a strainer and set aside.
Grease each hole of a silicone mold with coconut oil or regular kitchen oil. If you don't have a silicone mold, you can use dessert bowls or cups.
Pour all the orange juice into a saucepan, add the sugar and the corn starch. Mix very well.
Bring the saucepan to low heat and stir nonstop until it gains consistency.
Evenly distribute this cream into each hole in the mold.
Take it to the fridge and let it chill for 3 to 4 hours.
Unmold.
Coat each orange candy in coconut flakes. That's totally optional and to taste.
Serve.
