In a bowl, place the eggs and whisk them for 2 minutes, add the oil, the refined sugar and whisk for another 2 minutes, add the hot water and the strong granulated instant coffee (You can replace it with very strong brewed coffee, in this case do not add hot water, just the coffee) and sieve the chocolate powder, mix for 2 minutes until combined.
Sift the wheat flour into the mixture and add the baking powder, mix very well again.
Grease a ring cake mold with butter and flour, transfer the batter to the mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 45 to 55 minutes (do the toothpick test).
Serve.
