Start by adding a drizzle of olive oil to a large skillet over medium to low heat.
Add the chicken breast cut into small cubes and sauté until all the water from the chicken evaporates.
Next, add the onion chopped into small cubes, the bell peppers also chopped into small cubes and sauté everything for another 5 minutes.
Season with the salt, a generous pinch of black pepper, the sweet paprika, the garlic powder, the turmeric powder and stir to incorporate.
Add the heavy cream, the shredded mozzarella cheese and stir everything very well until fully combined.
In another large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of vegetable oil.
Add the smoked hot dog sausages and fry them until both sides are golden brown.
To assemble the recipe, add the chicken we prepared into the hot dog buns, dividing it into equal portions.
Add the fried hot dog sausages and sprinkle 50 grams of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of each one.
Place them in a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake for 10 minutes.
To finish, add ketchup and mustard to taste.
Serve.
