Chicken Stuffed with Carrot and Cheese

Start by shaping the chicken cutlets, wrapping them around tablespoons.Place them in the freezer and let them chill for at least 1 hour.After this time has passed, in a medium bowl, add the grated carrots, the grated mozzarella cheese, the cream cheese, the salt, the black pepper and mix everything very well until combined.Next, once the chicken cutlets have chilled, remove the tablespoons and stuff them with the mixture we prepared.Transfer to a baking tray and brush olive oil over all of them.Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 30 minutes.Serve.

  • 6 Chicken Cutlets 
  • 2 Carrots
  • 100g of Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3 Tablespoons of Cream Cheese
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Black Pepper
  • Olive Oil

  • 1 Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Black Pepper
