
Start by shaping the cooked rice using a rectangular baking sheet and cut into rectangles.
Next, take each one of them, transfer to a large skillet over medium to low heat with hot vegetable oil and fry until golden brown.
In a medium bowl, add the tuna, the mayonnaise, the hot sauce, the honey, the juice of one lime, the soy sauce, spring onion to taste and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Then, in another medium bowl, add the ripe avocado cut into smaller pieces.
Season with a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper and mix everything very well until fully combined.
To assemble the recipe, over the fried rice place the avocado we prepared, the tuna mixture, spring onion to taste and finish with sesame seeds to taste.
Serve.
