Cut the chicken into very small pieces, chop very well.
Grate the onion and the potatoes, pour them into the bowl with the chicken, add the egg, salt and black pepper. With a fork or spoon, mix it all together very well until a mixture is formed.
Put some oil in a skillet, spread it evenly.
With a spoon, get small portions of the mixture and fry them. Fry each side for 2 to 3 minutes on medium to low heat.
If you want, chop some parsley and sprinkle all over it.
Serve.
