Cabbage and Mushroom Patties

Start by pouring the water into a skillet with the cabbage and the unsalted butter.Cover the skillet and let everything cook for 8 minutes.After this time has passed, cut the cabbage into smaller pieces.In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.Add the onion cut into small cubes, the crushed garlic cloves and the mushrooms cut into smaller pieces.Season with the salt, the black pepper and sauté everything for 5 minutes.Transfer the cabbage we prepared to a large bowl.Add the sautéed mixture we prepared, the wheat flour, the eggs, the grated mozzarella cheese, the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika and mix everything very well until combined.In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of vegetable oil and spread it using a brush.Add the mixture we prepared by shaping it into patties and fry them until golden brown.Remove from the skillet and set aside on a plate lined with paper towels.To prepare a sauce, in a mixer, add the basil leaves, the mayonnaise, the heavy cream, the honey, a drizzle of olive oil, the salt, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and blend everything very well until combined.Serve.

  • 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon of Onion Powder
