
Mashed Potatoes
Start by placing the ranch dressing over the beef steak in a baking dish and cover with plastic wrap.
Take it to the refrigerator and let it marinate for 24 hours.
After this time has passed, remove the meat from the marinade and remove the excess dressing.
Transfer it to a large baking sheet and cover with aluminum foil.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
In a large pot over medium to low heat add the potatoes cut into cubes, enough water to cover everything and let them cook for 15 minutes.
After this time has passed, drain all the water and transfer the potatoes to a large bowl.
Add the butter and mash everything very well until it becomes a purée.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the Parmesan cheese and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Serve the baked beef steak with the mashed potatoes.
