Sauce
Start by pounding the beef steak with a meat mallet.
Add the tomato pesto and spread it evenly.
Next, add the Parma ham slices, the sliced mozzarella cheese, the watercress leaves, a drizzle of olive oil, a pinch of salt and roll the meat up.
Then, secure it with the barbecue skewers and cut it into round slices.
Transfer everything to a large baking sheet lined with non-stick parchment paper.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste and spread it out.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 35 minutes.
In a mixer, add the fried bacon, the garlic cloves without the core, the mayonnaise, the heavy cream, the honey, a pinch of black pepper, the onion powder and blend everything very well until fully combined.
After the beef rolls have baked, serve them with the sauce we prepared.
