Blueberry Ice Cream
Start by placing the butter in the plastic bag with the cored apples filled with caramel candies.
Transfer to a large skillet over medium to low heat with boiling water and cook until the candies melt.
Then, wrap each apple in a puff pastry disc.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the unsalted butter and stir until completely melted.
Add the apple cores we used, the finely chopped walnuts, the brown sugar, the ground cinnamon and stir everything very well to incorporate.
Next, add the orange zest, the heavy cream and stir to incorporate.
Transfer the apples to a nonstick baking tray, fill them with the mixture we prepared and brush a beaten egg over each one.
Place in a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 25 minutes.
In a mixer, add the frozen blueberries, the plain Greek yogurt, the milk, the honey and blend everything very well until combined.
Transfer this mixture to a baking dish, place it in the freezer and let it freeze until firm.
To finish the dessert, add a scoop of the ice cream we prepared and whipped cream to taste.
Serve.
