Pork Loin with Onion Cream

Start by making shallow diagonal cuts on the pork loin steaks then score them in the opposite diagonal and set aside.In a large bowl, add the unsalted butter at room temperature, the onions cut into small cubes, parsley to taste, rosemary to taste, the salt, the black pepper and mix everything well until fully combined.Then, shape all this mixture into balls.In a medium bowl, add the pickled mushrooms cut into smaller pieces, the onion cut into small cubes, the salt, the black pepper and mix to incorporate.In a medium bowl, add the grated mozzarella cheese, the mayonnaise, the egg and mix everything very well until fully combined.To assemble the recipe, transfer the pork steaks to a baking tray lined with nonstick parchment paper.Add the butter-and-onion balls and spread them out.Then add the seasoned mushroom and onion mixture, the creamy cheese mixture and spread it evenly.Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.Serve.

  • 150g of Pickled Mushrooms
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Pinch of Black Pepper

Cheese Cream

  • 200g of Grated Mozzarella
  • 200g of Mayonnaise
  • 1 Egg
