Bread Rolls with Bacon and Cheese

Using a rolling pin, start by flattening 2 slices of bread with 2 slices of bacon placed under each bread slice.Next, on each piece of bread, add a strip of ham, a strip of mozzarella cheese and roll each one into a small roll.Repeat this process 4 more times to make a total of 10 rolls.Next, transfer 6 of these rolls we prepared to a large baking tray lined with non-stick paper and brush each of them with barbecue sauce to taste.Place them in a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and let them bake for 15 minutes.Let’s bread the remaining 4 rolls. To do this, first dip them in beaten egg then coat them in panko breadcrumbs.Now, let’s make a sauce.In a mixer add a bunch of mint leaves, the mayonnaise, the heavy cream, the honey, the olive oil, the black pepper, the garlic powder and blend everything very well until combined.In a large skillet over medium to low heat with hot vegetable oil, add the 4 breaded rolls and fry them until golden brown.Serve them with the sauce we prepared.

For Breading

  • 2 Tablespoons of Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 1 Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  • Vegetable Oil
