Pasta Caramel Dessert

Start by placing the pasta into a large skillet over medium to low heat with the boiling water and let it cook for 2 minutes.After this time has passed, stir everything very well until the water has almost completely evaporated.Add the sugar, the milk and stir to incorporate.Transfer it to a mixer and blend it very well until fully combined.Next, transfer this mixture back to a skillet, add the unsalted butter, the vanilla extract and the milk.Turn on the heat to medium-low and stir everything very well until it becomes a smooth and even cream.Remove it from the heat and divide this mixture into 3 equal portions in serving glasses.Place them in the refrigerator and let them chill for 30 minutes.In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the sugar and spread it out.When this sugar starts to melt, stir until it turns into caramel.Add the butter and stir until melted.Then add the milk and stir until fully combined.Next, dissolve the cornstarch into the milk, add it to the skillet and continue stirring until it becomes a smooth and slightly thicker cream.Finally, divide this cream into the glasses we prepared.Place them in the refrigerator and let them chill for at least 3 hours.After this time has passed, finish with cherries and pistachios to taste.Serve.

  • 2 Tablespoons of Unsalted Butter
