
Start by placing 180g of French fries into a waffle maker and press down firmly for 2 minutes.
Repeat this process twice more.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil, the ground beef and sauté until all the liquid from the meat has evaporated.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the garlic powder, the onion powder, the chimichurri and sauté for 3 more minutes.
Then grate the mozzarella cheese using the coarse side of the grater.
To assemble the recipe, in a medium baking dish, add one of the potato waffles we prepared.
Top it with some of the ground beef we sautéed and with some of the mozzarella cheese we grated
Next, make 2 more layers in the same way.
Place it in a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake until the cheese is fully melted and golden.
Serve.
