Start by cutting the puff pastry wrapped around the blueberries and place it directly into 6 large dessert glasses, dividing it evenly among the glasses.
Then, using a small glass, press and spread the dough in the glass forming a hole in the center.
Next, in each one, add 1 tablespoon of strawberries cut into smaller pieces, the condensed milk and set aside.
In a large saucepan, add the eggs, the sugar, the cornstarch, the milk and stir until the cornstarch is completely dissolved.
Turn on the heat to medium-low and keep stirring until it becomes a smooth and even cream.
Then divide this cream among the glasses and cover each one with a round piece of puff pastry.
Transfer to a baking tray and brush a beaten egg over everything.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 35 minutes.
To finish, dust powdered sugar over everything.
Serve.
