
For Breading
Start by peeling the apples, remove their cores and cut them into small cubes.
In a large bowl, add the eggs, the milk, the brown sugar and mix until the eggs have fully dissolved.
Add the wheat flour, the salt and mix again until it forms a smooth and even batter.
Next, add the baking soda, the ground cinnamon and mix once more.
Add the apples we cut earlier and mix to combine.
In a large pan over medium to low heat, add the vegetable oil and let it heat up.
Add spoonfuls of the apple batter we prepared shaping them into small fritters and fry them until golden brown.
Remove them from the hot oil and drain the excess grease on a plate lined with paper towels.
In a medium bowl, add the sugar, the ground cinnamon and mix everything very well.
Next, coat all the fritters in this sugar and cinnamon mixture.
To finish, add Nutella to taste on top of everything.
Serve.
