White Sauce
In a skillet, add one drizzle of olive oil and add the ground beef, stir until the meat juices fully evaporate.
Season with the salt, the black pepper and the oregano, stir and pour in the tomato sauce, stir and let it all cook for 3 minutes.
Set aside.
In another skillet, add the unsalted butter and stir until melted, add the wheat flour and cook for 2 minutes.
After this indicated time, gradually pour in the milk and keep stirring nonstop.
Season with the salt, the black pepper and the nutmeg, stir until incorporated.
Now, to assemble the recipe, in a medium ovenproof dish, add 2 ladles of the white sauce we made and spread well.
Add 2 packets of instant noodles cut in half, one next to the other, just like shown in the video.
Top the noodles with half of the Bolognese sauce, add 150g of grated mozzarella cheese, top it with the white sauce.
Add 2 more packets of instant noodles cut in half, add the rest of the Bolognese sauce, sprinkle another 150g of grated mozzarella cheese and spread.
Take to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and bake for 30 minutes.
Serve.
