Start by frying the beef steaks in very hot oil, let them fry for about 1 minute.
In a bowl, add the creamy unsalted butter left at room temperature, the mayonnaise, the garlic cloves finely chopped into small cubes, mix very well until the mixture combines.
Once you’ve done that, season the steaks with rock salt to taste.
Cut the beef steaks into slices, however thick you like.
Finally, spread the sauce we made all over the steaks, to taste.
If you like your beef a bit more well-done, let it fry for a bit longer.
Serve.
