Sauce
Start by peeling the fresh corn cobs and remove all the husks.
Then cut them - trim off the end, cut in half and cut each half into 4 equal pieces.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the vegetable oil and let it heat up.
Add the corn pieces we cut earlier and fry them until golden brown.
Remove them from the skillet and drain the excess oil on a plate lined with paper towels.
Next, transfer everything to a large bowl, season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, mix everything thoroughly to incorporate and set aside.
To prepare the sauce, in a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, the ketchup, the mustard, the barbecue sauce, the sweet chili sauce, the honey, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
Serve the corn we prepared with this sauce.
