
Snickers Cream
White Cream
In a medium saucepan, start by adding the granulated sugar, the milk chocolate, the butter and the milk.
Turn on the heat to medium-low and stir until the butter and chocolate have melted completely.
Remove from the heat and set aside.
In a large bowl, add the milk biscuits, breaking them into smaller pieces, the chocolate sauce we prepared and mix very well.
Transfer everything to a baking pan lined with parchment paper, spread evenly and set aside.
In a medium saucepan, add the granulated sugar, the wheat flour, the cornstarch and the milk.
Turn on the heat to medium-low and stir until the cream thickens slightly.
Add the butter, the vanilla extract and stir again until the butter has melted completely.
Then, turn off the heat and let it cool to room temperature.
In a medium saucepan, add the granulated sugar, the cornstarch, the cocoa powder and the milk.
Turn on the heat to medium-low and stir until it thickens slightly.
Add the white chocolate, stir until well combined and set aside.
Next, add the Snickers bars to the cream with the vanilla extract and mix to incorporate.
Transfer it to the baking pan we prepared with the biscuits and chocolate and spread it evenly.
Add the chocolate cream on top and spread it.
Place the dessert in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 3 hours.
Serve.
