
Start by crushing the croissants using a baking dish.
Then transfer them to a large baking dish covering the entire bottom and set aside.
Next, cut the round sheet of puff pastry into 8 equal slices.
On top of each slice, add ½ a slice of smoked turkey ham and grated mozzarella cheese to taste.
Then, roll each one up shaping it into a croissant.
Cut all of them in half and set aside.
In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, the grated mozzarella cheese, the grated cheddar cheese, the grated Parmesan cheese, parsley to taste and the crushed garlic cloves.
Season with the salt, the black pepper and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Next, add the puff pastry rolls we prepared around the edge of the baking dish with the croissants.
Add the cheese mixture and spread it evenly.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
Serve.
