Banana, Oat and Chocolate Dessert

Start by cutting the ripe bananas into rounds and transfer them to a large bowl.Next, blend with a mixer very well until smooth.Add the ground cinnamon, the cocoa powder, mix everything very well until combined and set aside.In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the rolled oats and stir for 5 minutes.After this time has passed, add these oats to the banana mixture and mix to combine.Next, divide this mixture into 2 equal portions.Place half in a rectangular baking dish and spread it evenly.Add 2 ripe bananas sliced into rounds, the other half of the mixture and spread it evenly again.Next, add the milk chocolate bar on top of everything.Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 5 minutes.Finally, sprinkle roasted peanuts to taste on top of everything.Serve.

  • 1 Bar of Milk Chocolate (250g)
  • Roasted Peanuts to Taste
